Decidr provides a decision intelligence workspace: tools to structure decisions, score options with AI, and compare and share decision matrices. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
3. Account and use
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You may not use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of these terms or any applicable law.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you create (e.g. decisions, options, criteria). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content as needed to operate the Service and to improve our product (e.g. in anonymized or aggregated form). We do not claim ownership of your decision data.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: misuse or overload the Service; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other accounts; scrape or automate access in a way that violates our policies; or use the Service to harm others or to distribute malicious or illegal content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

The Service is provided "as is". AI-generated scores and recommendations are for assistance only and do not constitute professional advice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. You use the Service at your own risk.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we (and our affiliates, directors, and employees) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars, whichever is greater.
